All-on-4 is a complete arch restoration — all the teeth on your upper or lower jaw — supported by just four precisely placed implants. Those four implants act as anchors for a full set of teeth that looks, feels, and functions exactly like natural teeth. There are no removable parts. No adhesives. No slipping. Once placed, your new teeth are fixed definitively in your jaw.

Using digital planning, we map every implant position to sub-millimetre precision before surgery begins. Your procedure is essentially performed virtually first — so the actual surgery is predictable, fast, and safer.
Implant Surgery
Under local anaesthesia, most patients are surprised by how comfortable this is, four or six implants are placed with X-Guide dynamic navigation. Your provisional set of teeth is fitted on the same day. You leave with a full, functioning smile.
Healing & Monitoring
Your implants integrate with your jawbone during this period. We schedule regular check-ins. Most patients experience only mild discomfort for the first few days, manageable with standard pain relief.
Final Restoration
Your final titanium supported zirconia or acrylic or composite prosthesis, milled in our in-house lab to match your exact facial proportions — is fitted and secured. This is your final result.
